Since 2012, she has dedicated her career to helping people from under-resourced communities reach their full potential. She started her own successful nonprofit, Dream On Education, and has skillfully managed the philanthropic ventures of other entities. Kelli has worked with prestigious high-profile brands including Nike, Starbucks, and NBA Cares. These formative experiences laid the groundwork for Culture Creativ’s inception.
The knowledge Kelli gained in the field has been enhanced by her post-secondary studies. She earned an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a Master of Sports Management from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science from Spelman College.
Kelli believes that we all need the proper resources to thrive, regardless of our environmental circumstances.
